Replacement & Care

DHL Express is a time-definite service that typically delivers to most worldwide business and residential destinations within 1–3 business days after dispatch. The estimates below are indicative for shipments from Europe and may vary depending on the exact destination, customs clearance and remote-area surcharges.

If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend noting the damage with the courier upon delivery, photographing the packaging and contents, and contacting us as soon as possible – ideally within 48 hours – at [email protected]. This speeds up the courier claim and your replacement. Reporting later does not limit your statutory rights. 7.3. Where a product arrives damaged or defective, the replacement or repair is free of charge for you, including all transport costs, under the legal guarantee of conformity (Article 10 of the General Terms).

For hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed masks, mask parts, headgear, tubing, filters, humidifier chambers and similar items cannot be returned or exchanged – even if unused. Items with a fully intact factory seal can be returned within 30 days.
Refunds are made within 14 days of the date we receive the goods back, after inspection, to your original payment method.
