In these four months I lost 15 kg without diets. I reduced the pills for hypertension by half and most of all I spend my day fully, and not constantly dozing.

More than 25 years ago, I found out from relatives that I snore at night, but probably because of my younger age at the time, I didn't experience any problems and even though I had finally stopped smoking, I didn't pay attention to it. Over the years, the problem worsened, the snoring intensified along with interruptions in breathing during sleep, the so-called sleep apnea. I would wake up in the morning not having slept well, with a dry throat, I would yawn during the day and doze off in front of the TV and even at a table with guests. Last year, after a momentary doze behind the wheel, I crashed myself by going off the road and only a lucky coincidence did not lead to a fatal outcome for me or another innocent road user. Then I stopped driving and sought specialized help. After an examination by a specialist doctor, I did a control test at home with a rented device and a severe form of sleep apnea was detected.
