DHL Express is a time-definite service that typically delivers to most worldwide business and residential destinations within 1–3 business days after dispatch. For hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed masks, mask parts, headgear, tubing, filters, humidifier chambers and similar items cannot be returned or exchanged – even if unused. Items with a fully intact factory seal can be returned within 30 days.
